Meatball Kabobs

These bobs are made from ground turkey (a recommendation) but you can use beef, pork, or chicken. Season lightly with salt and an Italian blend, form into balls, skewer with onion/pepper, and refrigerate in the freezer for at least an hour. Brush with garlic and black pepper oil before grilling or broiling.

Jesseburgers

To each pound 90/10 ground beef, add a quarter cup finely diced onion, two minced cloves garlic, a tablespoon of salt, two of coarsely-ground black pepper and three of Worcestershire sauce. Form into patties, brush with light vegetable oil and refrigerate for at least an hour.  Grill until just done; they should be pink in the middle. Top with smoked cheddar before serving.

Ground Steak

To two pounds of ground round or sirloin, work in three tablespoons of tomato paste, a teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce, and a well-beaten egg. Form into patties and grill or broil.
