  1. No too distant from one of my favorite recipes. I put them in an ovenproof container with a lid where they are in one layer with a knob of butter and a couple of small rosemary stalks in a 475deg oven, shake every few minutes, then the last ten minutes finish uncovered. The heat really makes steam to fluff the starch out and the rosemary really is good with them.
